how to co op?

I've not done mission one outside of the beta test. It could be the length of the story, could be until after you smash a certain enemy, but i imagnie when tao or whomever stops talking to you every instant or going into menus stops making popups disappear you should be good. Japanese games have annoyingly long tutorials anymore.

I had to set my Steam Download region to the same region as my friends to join up. Maybe try that?

I can't join my friends either.

You can join multiplayer right away. Just go into a multiplayer lobby, simple as that.

This did not work for us. Same region but still can't join each other. No issue adding as a friend but can't even USE the invite button and seemingly can't join.

Did you create a multiplayer lobby?

My friend and I have this, but one way. He makes a lobby for us. (He has the better upload for hosting games) I join, but I can't join his team, but I can load a mission and he can join me. It's one of the only big issues this game has for us anyway.

Unfortunately, there is no crossplay, so no you an't play with a PS5 player.
