Also Zaku II has pike builder part, that enable unarmed combo OP skill.
You can get this way earlier than meele weapons.

For martial arts and melee: any mission with Mobile fighter in it

Claws: mission with zeonic amphibious MS (Z-Gok, etc)

some missions without a mobile fighter drops melee from time to time but not at a good rate
