Gunbarrel, Hyperion and Saviour are (so far) only confirmed due to being "leaked" by the scrolling parts lists in trailers.

EDIT: Gunbarrel is most likely going to be Season Pass/DLC exclusive (from the phrasing in the store page), and I don't know the primary source for Saviour.

This isn't counting old units that were previously unplayable (like all the SDs from 3, and I think Fumina also falls under this). And interestingly, the Chobham Armor version of Alex/NT-1 is a separate suit from the normal Alex in this game (you can see it in the GB4 X Gunpla Japanese trailer, hidden in the assembly screen for in-game proof), instead of only appearing as a shield for Alex like in previous games.

I know there's a month of pre-release to go (the next network test will have 7 more units from the last one, I'm not sure if they'll be brand new reveals), but what I really wanna say is: that's a significant amount of SEED. Out of 25 new kits (variants not counted), 7 hail from the Cosmic Era. 4 more (PSFreedom, Helios, Dong Zhuo, and Gunbarrel) are derived from CE units.

Is there too much CE in this game? You could argue due to its popularity (especially in its home country) and with Freedom being the hot new thing, giving it a more complete roster is warranted. But then you can point to other series having barebones rosters (F91, X, Victory) and even other series with better rosters have popular/essential units missing (Reborns from 00 being the standout). SEED already has the S1 Gundamjack team in GB3, now we get the Extended trio from Destiny + Saviour. We have a Builders ReRise kit confirmed (Mobile Doll May), but not the protagonist suit (Earthree or any Core Gundam variant). I'm partly a SEED baby (got into Gundam between Destiny and 00), but I hate the series tunnel vision in Gundam games (and the franchise as a whole) sometimes. I hope the theory that we're getting a more extensive port job from GBM holds true, I don't wanna choose between Immortal Justice and Throne Drei (or Narrative, RegiJu, Graze Ein, Raphael, Maxter, Genoace, and the other dozens of suits I want). I guess I'm just as greedy as the publishers lel.

Indeed, the quality of Chaos, Gaia and abyss are almost the same as the GBM version. We need more GBM suits, they are somehow "necessary",

I double checked the list but I don't recall ever seeing the Dagger + Gunbarrel gunpla or Savior Gunpla.
