Last call for (DLC) unit predictions

I'm expecting them to start showing paid DLC units in the final final devstream, so it's now or never. I know the first pack has 4 units (thanks to GoodIntent for the translation write-up), and the range of units was listed as 2-5 per pack (with 5 packs total). I'm not arranging my list with specific packs, though. Of course, they could still have more base game units in the stream (or in the game itself), so some of my predictions could be for base-game stuff. Anyway:

I'm guessing SEEDF is getting the IBO in GB3 treatment here. RF is here because of the lore bit of Mighty's backpack being intended for RF. Immortal vs. Infinite 2 is a toss-up for me. I'm hoping IJ2 gets the free update treatment (it's got a nice horn), but I can see it being paid (in place of Immortal). Zeus is wishful thinking (PLEASE), I picked the baddies with the most gimmicks, and Duel is there because Yzak hasn't gotten anything since Duel+AS in GB2. Gyan is interchangable with Gelgoog, Gyan just seems to have more gimmicks (since I haven't seen Slash Zaku or Gouf Ignited).

I'm very torn between Earthree or this. On one hand, every Build MC we've got so far was of their base suits. On the other hand, that was because their series were new, and we got Beginning 30 in GB3. So I went with the later suit. Either way, I'm expecting a complementary midget Gundam to really mix up the SD builds. I really wish we got a Core/Planet Gundam for base game, though.

...Literally every one of these were in Battle Alliance lmao. Figuring out how Breaker decides which older series to fill out is a crapshoot. I would've expected more IBO suit reveals than Graze by now (Flauros and Hajioboroshi/Marchosias), but I picked RegiJu because it looks distinct. Reborns is a meme, and the other 3 are obvious-ish UC picks. Maybe NT is unnecessary when the roster has Phenex, but that's the MSV one.

Maybe they could use one of the older waifuplas since they have weapons (Gyanko and Lohengrinko), but if they're expecting people to pay for a waifu kit, they've gotta go with the biggest one (in relevance/popularity, not size).

-SDCS Phoenix (G Gen)
I'm expecting a handful of SDs as DLC, but I don't follow the units in thosr series, so I'll stick with one I actually bought. The only kit for G Gen Phoenix. Please.

-Lah Gundam
-Command Quanta
These last two, I expect to be free. Lah for a Metaverse tie-in, and Command because of the oh-so mysterious Meister Jin.

My predictions are more for a EXVS/Battle Alliance-type game, so I'm counting on most of these to be wrong. Not enough Build, UC, mooks, and oddball picks (like the Haro on wheels). Was Eclipse on Mobile? Eh whatever, I spent too much time on this.

Barbataurus! There seems to be a lot of solid evidence that Breaker Battlogue is canon to the game's story (the inclusion of many of the BB suits, Misa returning, and the obvious hints that Meijin Kawaguchi "Master Jin" is the same version of the GB3 protag featured in Battlogue), so the eventual inclusion of the Barbataurus suit doesn't seem that far-fetched.

Also... I just really really want a massive bow that shoots Deinsleif arrows!!!

Eh, that depends on the pilot coming back. Last I checked, one of the devstreams (the one that confirmed Blazing) confirmed that characters from GB Mobile will be coming back for this game. And the 4 kits we have belong to Misa, and 3 of the main characters in Mobile. So they might see no reason for adding Barbataurus if its pilot doesn't appear in the story (well, it's not like he's dead).

It's a great pick, though. We're somewhat dry in terms of new IBO units. A Dainsleif as a handheld ranged weapon would rock, especially since the only Sleifer we have so far is KiVidar. That'd mean the Sleif would probably an Option or EX, not a main weapon (what weapon type would a bow be?). And would be nice to have centaur legs that actually has a defined waist (really turned me off of using Fuunsaiki).

It's a wild shot but I bet there's a DLC pack having only just or at least some Gundams from SD Gundam G Generation like Master Phoenix and Halphas Böse. Or maybe some Gundams from other Gundam Build Fighters like the Hot Scramble Gundam since we're delving into a Gundam Battleogue crossover.

If we're getting G Gen-themed suits, I doubt we'd get the Overworld trio. I don't think they have any model kits. The best we can expect for G Gen after Phoenix is Tornado and Sisquiede (they have SDCS kits). Same with Hot Scramble, I don't think the kit ever came out. Of course, they could pull a Woundwort and add them anyway (I don't think either Break Dias or Hyaku J have real kits). But I feel like it was yesterday where Hot Scramble would show up in everything, even though it was just Genesis and EXVS (and GB3 if you count normal Scramble).

At what point are they gonna start adding non-Gundam models? As much as I want an Orbiter, Scopedog, or Laevatein, I feel like that would open the door for Goku, Kamen Rider, Asuna, Ultraman, and everything else. It's Gundam Breaker, not Plamo Breaker. Besides there's always more from Gundam to add.

I'm sure at least some of these units will be available, I'm presuming that at least one unit from each mecha designer will be included. If more units were to be added I could see them adding some of the mass produced MS, of which i'd bet on the dilanzas and the beguir pente.

For Seed Freedom, I have an idea for each pack, the first would primarilly focus on the earlier MS reveals, while the second could be based on the film's climax. I have an idea for a pool o units, a i presume only a few would be included.

They Revealed Xi gundam and Gustav Karl to be on the base game
So maybe there will be more Hathaway and Unicorn Units

So hopefully there will be a pack for Hathaway with Messer and Penelope

And for Unicorn, maybe Geara Zulu and Delta plus (didnt play NGB enough to know if it was there), Phenex was present in NGB? dont remember

Now, what i really wish, as NU FF is in base game as well, hopefully Sazabi FF will come too with a Ver Ka treatment
It seems theyr are using the same model for sazabi from GB2, and it needs some kind of update

With Graze Being added, i dont see any other IBO being added, but Graze Ein, or Custom would be nice, along with marchosias

Since they've consistently been advertised as "Gunpla" in English and Japanese and have been kitbashed with the mecha, there's a non-zero chance of seeing some of the girls that have been released as Figure-rise Standards. That would certainly be DLC worthy.

Yeah, this is the big sticking point. Are they willing to make us pay extra for ported/updated GBM kits? I'm too cynical to expect "no", but in an ideal world, they'd port everything from GBM into this as part of the base game. The DLC being just the 2 big series would be unprecedented and annoying, though. And I know it's an irrelevant mook unit, but I wish they'll consider the Zowort and Zowort Heavy for WfM.

Yeah Phenex was in 3 and New, but it was the MSV version (which is the one getting ported here). As for Sazabi, I feel like Nightingale (added in NGB) was enough of an upgrade for Char, but I know they're not shy on expanding the UC roster (no offense, but I certainly didn't ask for GM 2 Semi Striker, it's not even GM Sniper 2). And speaking of IBO, I wonder if Gremory would drum up enough hype.

Yeah, but "which" and "how many" are the questions to ask. Are we getting Suletta, Lacus, Ayame, or whoever else? A part of me expects Avatar Fumina, since she's one of the newest waifu kits to have obvious weapons, but a second Fumina (when there's other Build/Metaverse suits to add) would be psychotic. The 3 I listed would be the ones I expect most (Sulettta, Lacus, Ayame), since they have different outfits, and you could reasonably make action gimmicks out of 2 of them (a singer and a ninja). But I think any guess is equally blind when it comes to the waifu kits.

I mean, a few of even the most unexpected entires have been confirmed by data miners, but that doesn't truly mean anything until we see the machines themselves in the game. '^_^
