Steamdeck won’t connect to Online

Since the day I’ve gotten the game, I haven’t been able to connect to rhapsody online. When I try to connect, it freezes on the “connecting to rhapsody online” screen unless I turn my WiFi off where it will ask me to try again. I just beat the game and want to upload my rhapsody so I’m stuck now. Any ideas?

Hello, we've heard of this issue happening a few times inconsistently, and we're still not 100% sure why it happens on some steamdecks. On PC, we've found it to be either a .exe user permissions problem (i.e. user isn't admin) or a compatibility issue (firewall enabled by accident). On Steamdeck it's unclear why it sometimes occurs; we're taking a look at it and hope to patch it soon.

I have ran into this as well. Every time I try to connect online the game locks up. I am on the Steamdeck OLED.

Just beat the game and I’m having the same issue. Would not uploading my Rhapsody interfere with me getting a physical copy?
