The bad implementation of 2.5D is horrible. DON'T BUY.
What were you thinking? Limbo and Inside are such masterpieces. Why did you add another half dimension and turn a story cinematic gameplay into a 2.5 D maze that also allows backtrack, so you can also lose 20 minutes on the previous screen.
I have no problem with 2.5 D, but you managed to do the worst implementation I've ever seen.
If you love Limbo and Inside, DON'T BUY THIS GAME.

Just because this is developed by someone that used to work at Playdead doesn't mean that they need to make a game that is exactly like Limbo or Inside. They created the game they wanted to make. Yes, I do agree that there are certain points in the game that are a mess because of the more freedom you have in movement but I was still able to finish it.

The only real problem I had were the areas where the player has to move an object or press a button. The trigger area for some of those objects are incredibly small and you have to be perfect which ends up being a "Smash the A button" to find where that area is mini game. That I didn't enjoy.

2.5D is fine when done right, like in Little Nightmares for example. But in this game there is no clear indication where you can go, or with what you can interact. Which doesn't mean every object or path needs to be obvious at first glance. But you run into invisible walls constantly, that don't look like a natural barriers.
