I don't think you can fix those. I honestly don't really notice them when I am playing.

No issues? There's 40 pixels wide black bars on the sides and a 10 pixel bar on top. It's rendering in 3360x1430.

There's no HDR, but it works on ultrawide 3440x1440, using the full screen. It also supports subwoofers with very low bass

For those who might stumble on this thread in the future.

Game gets recognized by Windows Auto HDR (on Win 11).
Ultrawide has a small frame on left, top and right side.
Vsync works and the game has unlimited framerate (capped by refreshrate if vsync active in game).
