Bug body is not away when i reload

so i took a sync robot away in the shadow where workers are patrolling and that is also the reason why i took it away now a little further i died and restarted from a checkpoint now i got stuck and have too reset the whole mission goes the body that is took away is not taken way anymore and they keep finding it now this is a bug that should not be in the game goes how will i do my ghost mission when i cant fail in between the checkpoints
