wow yeah add me in and i'm even lower spec than you. Also i chose High Setting for my config anyways.

AMD Ryzen 9 3950
NVidia GeForce 3080
32GigsRAM
3840x2160 Full Screen with VSync and only 60fps (was set to 120fps but when I got 1st robot I dropped it to 60)

I was getting under 30fps and when I overlooked the big city/or the antenna area I was getting 13fps

Same 4090 Strix OC and 14900K (13900KS) on my other rig and it does the exact same in the same spot.

It's the fog setting. Anything higher than low drops fps when near fog effect like in the
takedown tutorial vicinity...

Yes! Lowered the fog to 'Low' and that seriously fixed the issue for me. However I cant continue playing just yet. Encountered something I gotta get taken care of (new thread)

Hey people!

Thank you very much for the reports and the logs! As you correctly guessed, it seems to be an issue with the Unity HDRP fog, particularly bad in high resolutions.

We uploaded a fix right now. We tested it ourselves and everything seems to be working well, but we don't have any 4K screen so we couldn't fully test it. If you have the chance to try it, please let us know if the issue persists! <3

Kept my original settings (put Fog back on High) thru the area - voila!! it works :)
