I cant connect to any server. I get a message that says No servers available. Is this a known issue or are they down for repair?

Servers are players. And there are no players in the game, you have to find someone to play with

I Couldn't play The game for some Reason i tried mulitple times but still wouldn't work.

If there are no servers, then simply none of the players play

No luck. I tried launching from the game folder and am getting api-ms-win-core-heap-l1-2-0.dll Missing Error. I have gone through the steps to install this missing file on my computer, restarted, reinstalled VC_redist, uninstalled and reinstall twice, the last time installed into my c drive instead of my hard-drive that i put all my games on, verified integrity of game files.

32 GB ram

Most likely the problem is in service pack 1, try updating to version 3
