i kinda dislike noelle

i dont hate the character but the complete disregard for kris's well being is apparent. some examples will be the new girl thing from the spamton sweepstakes (if i remember correctly the know susie is attack kris and threatning to kill them and then just basically talk about how cool susie is in their blog). another thing could be the giga queen fight i guess they thought that was a dream they kinda say "NO, PUT SUSIE DOWN" and i guess queen was pointing out susie but still kris and ralsei are right there. the last example im gonna share is when you talk to noelle about susie in chapter 1 they show no concern even after hearing as mention before susie threaten to bite kris's face off.

Could you elaborate? Personally I think she's kinda distant at most, since they grew apart and it was probably pretty awkward for her. But I feel like at the end of snowgrave she seemed very concerned about their weird behavior and seemed pretty determined to figure out what was going on.

I agree.
First of all, the character of a frightened deer cannot normally walk through a room with mice, being able to jump, does this only when it is necessary to walk on buttons and tell a sad story and other moments where it gets scared out of nowhere.
Secondly: she stops thinking normally when it comes to Susie, for example: a huge robot clutches a friend you've been friends with all your life, some darkner, and a girl who just treats you normally, and Noelle screams at the robot to let Susie go, whatever the rest, I I'm sure she can do worse things for Susie than killing a classmate.
Third: weird route, for her it looks like a grind of mobs in an rpg, and at the same time, for no apparent reason, she gets upset, thinks about killing Kris with a force field (do you also feel sad about killing mobs (She doesn't even know what's killing them) when you play with a friend in an rpg?)
Fourth: the general plan of an excellent student who has a strict mother who works as mayor. It's both sad and cliche. Well, in total: I don't like being intimidated, illogical, obsessed with another person, a cliched "excellent student girl" who is ready to betray a friend she has been friends with all her life for no reason.
(I'm not saying that Noelle is a bad character, but as a person she is the most unpleasant to me. Perhaps some of these reasons were not thought of by the author, but I can't look at Noelle any other way).

Okay, cool. I can say a few things about these:

- for the Sweepstakes blog thing, she literally mentions in that same blog how she asks Kris to switch seats with her a lot since Susie only really hates them, and never wants to be mean to Noelle. She also mentions how she might want to use apple shampoo so Susie pays attention to her more than Kris, and they don't get bothered. Obviously, these things are because she has a crush on Susie as well, but imo this blog post is actually one of the best instances of Noelle showing major concerns for Kris's well-being.

- the Giga Queen thing, I have nothing to say about. Like you said, Queen mentioned Susie specifically, so it's whatever. I won't blame you for thinking what you will based on this though.

- for the Chapter 1 thing... really? If you tell her that Susie is mean, doesn't she literally get disappointed and say that "I guess Susie isn't really a good person after all" or something like that?

Well, the arguments you've given confirm my words: Noelle thinks of Susie first (apart from the dialogue from the first chapter (she seems to say that Susie is not so bad, but I'm not sure)). As for spamton sweepstakes, she doesn't help Kris when they are literally picked up by the scruff of the neck and threatened to kill (teachers usually stay at school a little longer than students, so she probably could have at least called for help), she wants to use apple-scented shampoo primarily to make Susie pay attention to her.

Noelle is almost definitely the type of person to have a freeze response in uncomfortable situations. I think she was genuinely too scared to think of helping.

That's why I don't like Noelle, a "great" friend who is too scared to help.

I think the idea with shampoo is for Susie to start paying attention to Noelle more (or at least as much) than Kris. For Noelle, it's a way to get Susie's attention in a way that worked for Kris. And anyway, as far as we know, she either never bought the apple shampoo, or Susie never noticed it.
