The secret bosses is gonna be the main antagonists of deltarune (also maybe kris)

Think about it
They have some puzzles before we can encounter them
They have some differences from any other character on their own respective world (jevil is hella insane so they need to lock em down so deep, spamton is a spam bot)
They leave an item after we defeat them
And i predict that there are gonna be 7 of them for their own respective chapter (We just got spamton and jevil)
That probably resembles the 7 souls
maybe the 7th one is kris?, he is the only human in hometown
Also jevil and spamton only mention kris on their battle so that could be something

I think most people already expect "hidden" boss fights for every chapter.

Though I suppose anything's possible, I doubt they'll be main antagonists. For one, the obvious: too many for all of them to be major parts of the main story without watering down either the story or the impact of each boss.

Second, they're optional, and for good reason as they're well above the game's regular difficulty level.

Currently at least, they seem to fit best as traditional challenge milestones that reveal lore and empower players, but I guess we'll see how it goes. I'm always open to well-reasoned arguments if you've got some good reasoning or evidence to support that the main story will be directly, rather than indirectly affected by every single one of these bosses.

Yes, very possible. I went out of my way to leave that possibility open in my last post because I suspect this as well to some extent.

The main person pulling the strings on the puppets of the Dark and Light Worlds (and I'm nearly positive there are more than one of them pulling strings) is not going to be placed in the foreground of the (main) story UNLESS their existence is coming to an end. Put an end to that figure, and the series possibly ends as a whole as well, depending who that figure is.

Well theres no really a main boss since all of the darkners are recruited to ralsei's town anyway

Darkners go to Castle Town only if you've recruited (all of) them.

But even if every single one of them goes to Castle Town, why wouldn't there be a final boss? It wouldn't have to be a Darkner, but it could still be one since the final boss is probably going to be very powerful.

If Lancer was able to enter Castle Town on his own in chapter 1 (whether Ralsei for some reason left the door open or not), then there's no reason a more powerful figure couldn't find a way in (or out) as well.

Why the hell would Chara just randomly be in Deltarune, seriously WHY

First off, Chara has never been a villain, only someone who deletes a world which pretty much has no one living in it
