Thank you for playing Deltarune! If you manage to find a bug, or another sort of error, please let us know by e-mailing it to [e-mail].

Your e-mail should include a detailed description of the problem (what you see on screen, and what happened shortly before you encountered it), and your operating system.

*NOTE: If the game crashes with a pop-up that has text in it and an "abort" button, that's a bug! If possible, please copy/screenshot the text and send it to us, along with the above information.

Known issues:
- Crash/softlock of any kind:
TRY: Making sure you have the newest version of the game downloaded.

- Controller issues:
TRY: Running your controller through Steam's controller configuration.

- Music doesn't play even when game/computer is restarted:
TRY: Checking your system's sound configuration. Is audio working in other applications? Is it a driver issue? Is the correct audio output set when playing the game? Is your OS up to date?

- The game crashes or freezes randomly:
TRY: Disabling NVIDIA Gsync. Additionally, try disabling Steam overlay.

I had a glitch where Susie was gone but I think it was because I haven't updated for a few weeks but even so I don't think this would happen this glitch happened when I forgot to save and left during a moment without Susie (Nintendo Switch)

Encountered a weird bug where the swatchling stranded on the island at the acid lake tried to fight me and leave the area at the same time after i broke the pottery, which resulted in a crash,

Oof... I'm about to try & have a go at him soon myself, so I hope this'll be looked into. Are you on the latest stable version of the game? Or the recent beta workaround for restoring Windows 7 compatibility? & did you email this to the devs as well?

The game doesn't launch

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but the demo's not launching properly. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing out my files and reverifying them, nothin'. It launches after a while, but not without great effort on Steam's part. Is it just me? Probably.

I can't get it to launch at all. tried uninstall/reinstall, steam is updated, restarted to computer - can't get it to work

Few days later, and I'm still stuck for a solution. I sent an email to fangamer like the OP said, but still haven't gotten word back. Blargh. At least I'm not the only one having this problem, I guess. Thought my computer had a virus that only affected Deltarune lol.

Sorry" This is what's written on the Steam store page of the game and I don't think "as more" is what's meant to be written there. Pretty sure it's supposed to say "and more" or maybe this is some phrase I'm not aware of
