Your e-mail should include a detailed description of the problem (what you see on screen, and what happened shortly before you encountered it), and your operating system.

*NOTE: If the game crashes with a pop-up that has text in it and an "abort" button, that's a bug! If possible, please copy/screenshot the text and send it to us, along with the above information.

Known issues:
- Crash/softlock of any kind:
TRY: Making sure you have the newest version of the game downloaded.

- Controller issues:
TRY: Running your controller through Steam's controller configuration.

- Music doesn't play even when game/computer is restarted:
TRY: Checking your system's sound configuration. Is audio working in other applications? Is it a driver issue? Is the correct audio output set when playing the game? Is your OS up to date?

- The game crashes or freezes randomly:
TRY: Disabling NVIDIA Gsync. Additionally, try disabling Steam overlay.

Funny, the opposite happened for me. I wonder if the names are mixed up?

nothing that bothers me too much but the buttons for playing with controller appear off-center in the cafe, shown in this screenshot.

yeah i think theyre mixed up on purpose lol, i had onion call me kris and got hippopotymus instead.

so... I have been playing it yesterday and made it to the final boss fight. died, closed the game, did not close Steam. today the game is not in my library anymore, and when i try to download the demo again it says I don't have enough space (I have 8gb of free space and yesterday everything was fine).

When youre at the first mouse puzzle, when you step on the switch you can walk to the other side and get stuck, because pushing the button again pushes you back and you cant leave the room because Noelle will block you.

In Spamton NEO fight, if you hold Z and press Enter (or hold Enter and press Z) it will fire big shots each time ENter is pressed, as long as Z is held. Is this a glitch? Cause ironically it makes sense - you have to spam [BIG SHOTS] to defeat Spamton

Against the mice, i used the upgrade from susie twice to replace the mouse with a cat, but my game "froze" after the dialog the second time. The game is still going, but they wont stop bowing.

I got double music playing when I went through this shortcut (in the direction from this screen to the roof). It persisted when going back as well.

When Spamton transfers to the emptydisk there is a high chance the game will crash.

Actually, it might be intentional, cuz I choose "Kris" in Chapter 1, but Onion called Kris as "Hyper-Potato-Mouse" in Chapter 2 lol

so i left an item that i want back on noelle and i wanted to get it back but i dont quite know how, she is not in my party i am currently at the point where you can walk around the overworld/ regular town but there is no way of getting back the item item pink ribbon because of the perk for a bit but after she left it was still equipped to her and not in my inventory or storage. if this is a bug which i dont think it is but it is quite annoying

I can confirm that this one happened to me too. I was standing right next to that last force field.
