chapters 3 to 5 will release at the same time, in a status update that toby did recently in september he said that he and his team has completed a chapter worth of content, so that means that basically they would have finished chapter 3 recently if they only focused their work on chapter 3. so i think that in like 2 years or 1 year and a half, chapters 3 to 5 will be released
