If you have Choc Diamonds use them only on Kris. Likewise, Hearts Donuts only on Susie.
DO NOT use Ralsei’s magic to heal. Just use items to save TP for Hypnosis/Pirouette or Rude Buster depending on which method you are using.
Have everyone Defend on the first turn.
Use Hypnosis or Rude Buster if you can depending if sparing/fighting.
If Kris goes down in pacifist, have Susie heal, Ralsei defend. Likewise when fighting if Susie goes down, have Kris heal and Ralsei defend.
Try not to have Ralsei do anything but defend if you can.
Pirouette is not random, it has 11 different actions it cycles through with each turn. I.E. It will do the same thing on turn 12 that it does on turn 1, and 13 to 2, 14 to 3, etc. One of its actions permanently lowers Jevil’s defense which is good if fighting him. There are others that lower his attack for a turn, heal a random party member, and heal your full party. You can look on the wiki to learn the turn order of actions.
Try to save the Spin/Top Cake for after Jevil’s special attack.
I find that healing magic is useful when not all the party members are up for hypnosis and you're basically wasting your TP.
