When he does the attack that shoots spades in a circle you can avoid most of them by sitting in the top left hand corner, and with the carousell attack you can dodge it easier close to the top right corner.

With the Carousel Attack, try riding on the backs of the Bullets rather than dodging them completely. The top of each one does not damage you. Saved me A LOT of trouble during my later attempts at Jevil.

Which one are you doing for? pacifist or genocide, if your doing pacifist i recommend to just defend with everyone and do hypnosis unless you need to heal i would recommend to try to use your items instead of using heal prayer and try your best to keep ralsei up as jevil likes to target him, for genocide try to attack with just kris and susie and defend or use items with ralsei and save tp for susie's rude buster try your best to just use item and not heal prayer, but a tip in general is to stock up on dark burgers get the top cake and revive mint and your gonna mostly wanna use revive mint on susie since you will get the most hp from susie. Jevil has around 3500 HP and last Good luck.

Jevil's attacks aren't chosen randomly. He always does the same attacks in the same order every time, only changing when you get to a later stage of his fight. There's no RNG in the fight at all.

Have a lot of darkburger and the topcake, dont let a character downed especially on pacifist since you can't use hypnosis without the 3 character.
For healing i think its better that the one who need healing defend and the character with the most hp at the moment give healing ( for exemple susie didnt lose too much hp but ralsei is going to die if he take a hit so i make susie give an item to ralsei and ralsei defend)
For learning pattern i dont really have other advice that practice, so dont hesitate to continue the fight even if you think you lose.

I think the way I beat Jevil during my Run was by letting Kris do all the ACTing and having the other two Defend with RALSEI occasionally Healing. Using all three of them wastes an opportunity to Heal.

Problem is it depend a lot of "how you are playing", i don't like using the "pirouette" because its not that efficient and give an effect depending on the number of turn wich can go to the great heal 40 hp to every one to the worst invicibility frame when you get hit last less longer.
I am more on the "get the less hit possible" mindset than "always trying to heal".
Also its important to note that jevil deal less damage when you use hypnosis on him.

I recommend looking up no-hit videos of this fight and watch closely how the person is moving, especially with the moves you're struggling with (I couldn't figure the scythes out for the live of me until I did that). It helps a lot more seeing it visually than from written text. I did this for the Spamton NEO fight during the snowgrave route as well and it helped me a lot, too.

Seconding this, as it's worth considering. On the Pacifist version, I got lucky multiple times with Pirouette and it might be a major reason I managed to win though.

Also, this is going to vary person by person, but know which one you're better with: keyboard or controller.

What I do is try and "defocus my eyes" so that I don't focus on any one part of the screen. This helps me see the openings in the bullet patterns, which allows me to graze around them and get free TP.

Jevil can be tough for some, especially those not used to bullet hell games. But the awesome music helped me get through it. Eventually I prevailed and now has a save for fighting Jevil just for fun.

Don't get hit. If you do get hit and are not trying to pacify Jevil, try to use Ralsei's heal prayer before resorting to items. Also, shoot 'im til he dies.
