I think it’ll probably be Megalo Strike Back that’ll get updated for Deltarune. Most likely used for the final secret boss, which I can see being a team of 3 goner characters with mechanics similar to our party. Or if the reverse of Undertale theory is true, Seam could be the final secret boss.

Depends on what you count as "in the game". Knowing Toby, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a situation where it looks like you'll fight Sans, it plays the first 4 notes of the song, then immediately stops when he goes "nah" and walks away.

If it isn't in the game, then someone will eventually mod it into the game.

It is possible. We know that Sans is aware of other dimensions and timelines which includes the Dark World. We can also teleport via doors near some checkpoints which, in chapter 1, strike a resemblance to Sans' bedroom door when active. I hope that somewhere in the future of Deltarune, the Fun Gang calls out to Sans for help; maybe to defeat a new boss. It's highly likely that Toby Fox could implement Megalovania into a battle that would include Sans.

An unchanged/recycled megalo song is pretty darn unlikely, I'd say 15%. A remixed version with a character connected to sans could be warranted, maybe 55%.

10, because I'm pretty sure Sans is just in the game to troll people, and a fake fight where the theme plays but that ends as soon as you try to select any action seems like a Toby Fox thing to do.

10. jk but hear me out. the secret boss for (and only in EVERY CHAPTER massacre (except for the unlocking of these bosses), not the secret genocide route) Chapter 7 will be every previous secret boss in a boss rush NO HEALS (or saves)(except for food) and then the GOD OF HYPERDEATH is shown to be behind the rush, AND THEN FOUGHT. BUT NO REFUSING
