I've been thinking of Toriel becoming a playable party member like Noelle from chapter 2 and she would use her fire magic to perform Fire attacks to shoot at foes.
am I the only one who has this Prediction?

Toriel is a Boss Monster. Wouldn't she be really OP? Also, an adult, who might have trouble just blindly diving into an adventure.
Boss Monster part might be mitigated by Toriel/Asgore not being literal "boss" monsters in DR, but an "adult" cannot be rectified.
Oh, and having Toriel in the party means her learning all the weird stuff about Kris, which sounds like an endgame revelation, rather than Chapter 3 out of 7 material.

I liked your idea of mitigated by Toriel/Asgore not being literal "boss" monsters, also if she doesn't get to be a playable party member, for set up and reveal for end game purposes, then instead she would most likely think that she's dreaming and goes along with Frisk and his friend's Antics in the dark world, maybe she gets to interact with the inhabitants like the weather due in the background? and when the chapter ends she would awaken in the living room, she tells frisk that she had the most strangest dream.

- Chapter 3's secret boss will be a representation of an obscure kids TV show or cartoon that was cancelled and forgotten due to failing to find an audience and became lost media.

- Chapter 3 might not have a weird route, mainly because Toriel and Undyne don’t take orders from us, especially if they believe that we're Kris and are just acting strange. If there is a weird route in chapter 3, it may require us to get some kind of item to put a trance effect on Toriel first. (And all of that is assuming Toriel ever directly joins our party in chapter 3, which she might not. It might primarily be a Kris, Susie, and Ralsei adventure, with Toriel and Undyne just tagging along at certain points in the chapter)

- There will be some lingering consequences of chapter 2's weird route.

- Chapter 3 won't have a light world epilogue like chapters 1 and 2 did, because chapter 4 seemingly starts with Kris and Susie hanging out in the light world.

- Chapter 4 will have more Noelle and Dess lore, as we know that Noelle and Rudy will be attending church (where chapter 4's dark world will most likely be located)

- Because Noelle will be there, she'll likely be a party member again at some point in the chapter, so chapter 4 may have a weird route that acts as a direct continuation of chapter 2's weird route.

- We still won't get to see Papyrus in chapter 3 or 4. It will become a running gag.

i mean the trailer hasn't shown up yet but sure
here's my theory: ralsei is kris' shirt, which is a hand-me-down from asriel, because ralsei wears a huge-ass green coat, is all fuzzy and resembles asriel (maybe younger asriel) and also ralsei turns into clothing when downed, now his design doesn't really resemble the shirt at all, but... does rouxls look like a rules card?
and after the dark world takes kris' shirt its like Wait let me like. Do something with this actually and then gives kris armor. bam (the theory that asriel is his horned headband makes more sense but neither of them cover every blind spot so pick your poison)

i very much doubt noelle will willingly enter a trance state again, and i don't really see the lost media one (you'd think it'd be something more relevant to the dreemur family), but the rest are good
