Lets create an iceberg

So I have noticed a lack of icebergs for Deltarune chapter 2, and as such I think we as a community should come together in this discussion to try and compile a bunch of quotes, theories, easter eggs, and general content and make an iceberg specifically for Deltarune Chapter 2.

I wouldn't exactly call it an iceberg, it's mostly just a collection of Noelle and random things, it doesn't have the style/feels of an iceberg

What the hell does Gaster have to do with the titans

There was a theory I saw that proposed that Gaster is a titan, I can't remember where I saw this though

well I mean if the theory that Gaster created Deltarune is true, then it could be possible that Gaster was or created the titans

I seriously doubt the borderline mute Kris is the Roaring Knight. It just doesn't make sense. No-one going to look at a small child in a stripey shirt with a kitchen knife, silently stabbing the ground, and dub them the "Roaring Knight".

Kris also interacts with several people who have met and been influenced by said Knight, and none of them recognize him as the Knight.

He (Or rather Chara, or their alternate universe stand in) does create a fountain, but a big part of the second chapter is that literally any Lightner can create one. Hell, Berdly is right about to before being stopped.

I don't think we've met the Roaring Knight yet. We don't really have any good candidates. Hell, from what we know so far, Papyrus is the Roaring Knight. He dresses like a knight and has absolutely no volume control. Fits better than anyone else right now. It's also one of the only character Toby's been hesitant to bring back, for some reason.

I personally think we're too early in the game to be trying to figure out the entire story, for all we know, Gaster might not exist (I know theres ALLOT of evidence he does)

But meanwhile, Chara has no evidence and its implied the one who takes control of your body is actually Kris before you took over


Chapter 2 disproved so many theories, heck people seem to overlook the fact Onion actually says some potentially important things, like a mysterious song coming from the sea? What could that mean?

Noelle's sister is missing.

It's clear that the full name of Noelle's sister is December Holiday, and something bad happened to her. We know that the word "December" shakes Noelle, and that the nickname of her sister is Dess.

"December Holiday" could also be taken to mean Christmas, on December 25th.
Everyone's rooms were decorated based on what they had been searching up, so a calendar where every day is December 25th suggests that Noelle had been repeatedly searching "December Holiday", the name of her sister.

Now, if Noelle knew the fate of her sister, there'd be no reason for her to keep looking up that name. But it sounds like she's been doing this for years, searching every now and then in the hopes that some trace of her sister will show up.

Here's another theory: Don't Forget is about The Roaring
And an extension of that theory: The Roaring is going to happen.

If you put the lyrics of Don't Forget side-by-side with Ralsei's description of The Roaring, the lyrics make perfect sense.

"When the light is running low, and the shadows start to grow, and the places that you know seem like fantasy"
At first, these lyrics might sounds like they're about being in the dark world, but I don't think the lyrics quite fit.
If darkness is covering the land and the world is ending? The lyrics fit perfectly.

"There's a light inside your soul, that's still shining in the cold, with the truth, the promise in our hearts... Don't forget, I'm with you in the dark"
This part is also important. It's saying to be hopeful

Most of them are just silly fun made to be inserted into conversations, but there's two that are much harder to find a context for:
-Noelle terrified and saying "That's not like you"
-Ralsei singing "Don't Forget"
These stickers were released before chapter 2, so one of these odd stickers was a hint about the future Snowgrave route, suggesting that the Ralsei one is also a hint to something in a later chapter.

So, here's everything that's very likely true:
-A song about The Roaring permeates the game
-The song is about staying determined even during The Roaring
-The song will be sung by Ralsei to Kris

The conclusion seems pretty obvious, even if only one or two of those things are true.

This is my honest problem with Icebergs, they're often or not filled mostly with crappy joke submissions rather than the actually interesting stuff I look at them for

I'm not interested in hearing about some inside joke almost no one will get, I wanna hear about the spooky stuff


Do people not think to why most people just skip the joke parts of Icebergs?
