The dogcollar has a description that it becomes more worthless in each chapter, though this is referring to selling it. The collar will probably be used for a secret boss or it could be combined with other items to make a character powerful.

With Regards to the S Potion, I don't know anything about it, I don't even know how to collect it.

The dog dollar is the functional opposite to glowshards. It's probably nothing more than a joke item, but you can probably just leave it in your storage and see.

The "S. POTION" is actually an S. POISON once you buy it. Using it on a party member gives them a health-draining effect, dealing 60 damage over the next minute.

I have the feeling the DogDollar is a reference to 'dogecoin', everybody expecting crypto the be short-lived and never value much. But maybe it will go stonk
And I also got scam of my KROMER for the S.POISON, will keep it around in case it can be fuse with a future weapon
