Consider yourself lucky that Hi3rd didn't make any VAC report on that detection.
Also discussing something like this publicly on Steam might gets you the community ban as well. There's a TPO for such discussions but Steam forum isn't it due to the rules.

reddit surprisingly didnt die so... steam community is...
i guess more convenient? Im not surprised discussing this is taboo but... i mostly just hope for the anticheat to tell me whats running... maybe including the process ID cuz i literally cannot find it on my own. :/
Also, i would've expected the automod... (or a mod) to delete the thread if it was that bad to be spoken of here.
Also, if i remember right... VAC is an ENTIRELY different anticheat from hoyo's... the dont really have anything to do with eachother. (and while it might be able to make a report with VAC, hoyo's anticheat is the exact same between the three games... and only HI3 is on steam. at the very least i wouldnt bother setting up vac.)
Alongside this... VAC is meant for multiplayer games. Genshin is pretty much the closest you can get to multiplayer really...
eh screw it why am i trying to explain the valve anticheat.
short version: to get vac banned, you need to be playing on a VAC secured server in the first place
And if you get banned in any one of the VAC enabled server, you get banned account wide on ALL games that uses VAC here on Steam. VAC not only detects running app but installed apps as well, thus the warning "beware of your habit" in my previous post, as long as you play any of those VAC games with your current PC setup, you are risking your account for a VAC ban. Do note that not ALL games that uses VAC have VAC listed in the store page or in the Official VAC list, so as long as you are playing online games here on Steam, there's always a chance of getting your PC detected and get your account banned.
And yes, a user can be reported for cheating, not only by developers but by users as well, but that won't usually gets you a VAC ban until those looking into the case have certain proves you are cheating. But yeah, that may happen. And the more reason why you shouldn't be discussing something like this openly on Steam forum. A pro hacker should be keeping a low profile to avoid detection, not showing off to the world you can hack and get yourself busted.
