Level locked out of obtaining a star?

I'm currently on story Arc Nocturne Act 2 13-9; and I think I am locked out of being able to obtain the "Cast Ultimate at least 1 times" star. The mission requires you to pick Rita, her weapons are locked, and her stigmata; the problem is that she is too high a level to generate ultimate, and I end up killing all the enemies before I have the ability to use the ultimate, meaning I can't get the star for casting the ultimate.

Does anyone know a fix or anything I can do?

After each enemy kill, look at the drops --- glowing orange cubes are SP drops, that will let you get enough SP to fire the ultimate.

If I recall correctly, that Rita battlesuit has a very low SP need for her ultimate...

That worked, I didn't even realise those drops were for SP. Thanks
