"cant connect to network"
Am I the only one? was fine half-day ago, but now cant connect for several hours already despite rest of the Steam works fine.
Tried restarting steam and using mobile phone as internet source (completely different provider versus wifi/LAN) - same mistake remains.

I guess something happened to steam servers/versions again as nothing was changed on my side when error appeared mid-game.

Mihoyo can we already transfer accounts? is it really that hard legally?

same, trying all solution from official web-site and it dont work

Same here it just happend out of nowhere today unable to get into game even tried to run game trough emulator same result and some fixes nothing changed >.>

I am currently in the game so I can confirm the servers are up and running fine.

Since you guys didn't specify what type of connection problem you are having, i am going to assume it's the Authentication Problem: It could be the game is having trouble getting your steam info, which can be a problem on Steam's side instead. You can try go to Steam setting and change your download country there, it actually helps in some online game connection problem from my past experience, especially on games that use steam account to log in.

Click "Steam" on top left of the screen >> Select "Settings" >> Then select the "Downloads" tab >> Change the "Download Region" to somewhere else, restart steam and start the game again.

If different client other than Steam isn't working, you might want to check the official page on an announcement of it. Could be caused by a certain server or area/regional connection black out. Or if your country decided to ban gacha games and the access to them, you might not be able to connect unless using a VPN.

Ik what their issue is , its none of above one its like when people launch the game it says connection to internet failed you cant even go into login screen i spent 6 hours+ trying to fix it, and i had same issue on global launcher and emulator wich was like my last ressort , so only solution that helped me was installing iobit uninstaller 13 that allowed me to remove all files for honkai including reg files ( cos its asks if you want to remove all files associated with the app ) afterwards i did a clean install and after booting a game today it finally worked .So either this was a fix or mihoyo had a server issues till now but they didnt adress it to community.

Sounds like a windows security issue that blocks the game from accessing internet. It's a known issues that mihoyo games often can't connect or blocked by the system whenever there's a new windows update, and they need to address to it. Their anti-cheat is the culprit that makes windows defender black list the game and blocks it most of the time due to the anti-cheat have certain activities similar to some malwares out there and it was caught by the defender as offensive apps.

If you think you trust the game company enough to whitelist it, you can try putting the game in windows defender's white list (ignore list) and also in the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) setting's white list. This should prevent future blockage when the game tried to run in the background or access internet.

You might want to remove the reg and temp files as well to have a clean start:
[1] Press Windows+R, type "regedit" to open Registry Editor, and delete everything in the folder \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo. [2] Delete everything in the folder C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo.

Note that not only Windows defender might black list and block the game, certain anti-virus might detect the anti-cheat as malware and block the game from there. So you might want to white list the game in your anti-virus softwares too. But only do so if you really trust the game company.

solution I guess is that if you didnt changed anything in your system or it's connection and it suddenly stopped working, just wait for next day most probably it will fix itself

★ If the PC client is stuck on the connecting screen, please try to:
1. Check your PC's network settings. Please change your Wi-Fi connection to unlimited hotspot and vice versa, and restart the game.
2. If the network is normal, please try to:
2.1. Close the game and the client.
2.2. Press Windows + R, enter regedit, open Registry Editor, and delete everything in the folder \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo.
2.3. Delete everything in the folder C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo.
2.4. Disable all anti-virus programs.
2.5. Restart the game.
