Failed to connect to network on login screen, it works fine yesterday...
my internet connection is fine, i've try other games and it work perfectly fine..
any solutions??

[1] First of all, the basic, check your internet firewall and see if the game is blocked. Yes, you might not have done anything to the firewall, but sometimes, windows update will caused certain firewall option to be flipped or triggered, or your security system like anti-virus and 3rd party firewall may caused that too. To avoid such problems in the future, add the game to the allowed list of your firewalls.

[2] Normally it can also be caused by high ping or bad connection to the server. Even when your internet is fine connecting to another game, it doesn't mean it 24/7 has a good connection to all countries in the world. So temporary stuffs like this can happen until your internet provider solved that on their side. Mostly due to maintenance on cables or something happened to the undersea cables etc etc.

To test if your current internet has a good connection to Honkai Impact 3rd, you need to test your ping connect to either a server in Shanghai - China or Singapore. You can do a mock test yourself here[www.speedtest.net]. Your current location should be auto selected, just pick "change server" and you should be able to do a speedtest connecting to the country of your choice in any region in the world. Check the Ping of the connection, if below 150, the connection is fine, if over 300, means it is getting laggy. If over 500, it means you start getting disconnection to the server from time to time.

[3] This may happen when the game went down for maintenance as well. And should be temporary until the server is back up.

[4] It could also be the game is having trouble getting your steam info, which can be a problem on Steam's side instead. You can try go to Steam setting and change your download country there, it actually helps in some online game connection problem from my past experience, especially on games that use steam account to log in.

Click "Steam" on top left of the screen >> Select "Settings" >> Then select the "Downloads" tab >> Change the "Download Region" to somewhere else, restart steam and start the game again.
