Purchasing crystals via steam wallet

Has there been any official information on when they will fix this? Mainly I just want to get the coins for battle pass, but I can't.

I've been keeping up on the situation as I'm in the same boat as you. There's currently no official word but a customer service rep in game has forwarded the issue to the right team. All I can say is try to report the issue in game.

Submitted ticket yesterday and got a response today telling me to switch network and try topping up again at different time.

They told me to get off of wifi and use 4G...buuut I'm on my PC, so I'm not sure they understand the distinct issues with their Steam client or what.

Whenever I hit buy on the cash shop It would endlessly load. One time I had an error pop up that said "failed to call external ui". So i went into steam settings and under In-Game I enabled Steam overlay while in game. Restarted the game and was able to purchase the monthly gem pack. Kind of regret finding out how to cause now I can spend money.
