Cant change Resolution or any graphic settings

Hello. My Problem is, that i cant change any graphic settings. The game start in 4k and high settings and changes has no effect.

Where are the configs or save games.

Do you can help me?

How come this is just being ignored by devs? Can other players confirm if this is the case for you also?

find install location you install on steam
MADiSON.exe run as admin
setting now save for me
