So, its raft... if you have played that you will likely see many similarities. Except when you step off the "space ship" well more of a space box you don't have a space shark trying to bite your legs off. Suppose even if it was in the game it would struggle to bite you through its helmet.

Pretty much identical to the demo with a few extra blueprints. I will be honest, I was expecting there to be more added to the game. After an hour it just gets tedious.
That said, I am giving it a positive review because the dev seems like a nice person and I believe the game deserves a fair shake. I just hope content and substance is not going to take too long to get added. Otherwise I can imagine the negative reviews will start to pile up and kill the game.

Love the idea of the "game'. Unfortunately I would not even classify this as a demo. There is nothing to do in the game whatsoever except...DIE... There is no reason to waste what little food you can find to stay alive just die close to your base and continue. There are currently no working things to build. Sorry a water generator (ice melter) does not count in a space game. Graphics clip in and out (to be expected during early access but this was bad). You can start making some things only to be told that you need other items, that do not exist yet. So you can build a floor square, that clips in and out of existence, a wall so you can hang a shelf. An oxygen tank holder and a scrap holder that can't hold enough scrap to even build a floor square. A flash light that you can tape to multiple items. A tether that serves NO purpose. I gave this "game" almost 2 hours hoping to have missed something only to find out at this generation of game we should be paid to play it. I hope to come back to it sometime in the future but at this current level that may be a decade away.

VERY EARLY ACCESS but very promising. I'm marking this as yes, recommend, but only for those who want to support early on.

So far I've completed 90% of content in about 3 hours. So there's not much in the game, but what's in here already is fun and enjoyable. It's pretty much 3D version of Raft, only there's inertia. You, your raft, and other things slow down to a stop after a while. I will say that it would be more challenging if there was no inertia. But it's not bad having it in game.

Hopefully this game gets fleshed out because I really enjoyed what this has to offer already.

Few ideas:
* I hope you can craft an item to turn ice chunks into oxygen, right now you have to salvage oxygen tanks to survive.
* the sip cups are a bit hard to manage, right now I'm running with about 4 of them, so larger flasks would be nice for a higher tech level.
* old batteries, oxygen tanks, etc would be tedious to have to keep them when they're empty, but if you could refill them then that would be cool. Resources should be reused to feel more scarce.
* Probably way off or not a planned feature (yet?), but since you're wearing a space suit, it would be awesome if we could upgrade the suit, extra lights, increased oxygen, etc.

I have high hopes for this game. So far I'm enjoying it, hope to see more content and have this develop soon! current state is a proof of concept, but for what's here it's a solid 8/10 with room to grow.

This game was released way too early... its same as the demo more or less.. asking for refund and ill give this game a year or 2 more....

I get that it's early access, and I didn't have issues with that. I DO have issues with being utterly bored, and having to grind for foreverfor minimal gains. Come on, guys! FFS, Your ad shows stuff being built at an insane speed, but in reality it takes like 16 frikkin metal to build ONE dang foundation piece!

You'd be just gathering for DAYS to try and build a TINY ship. No. NO FRIKKIN NO. Not to mention, if you compare the size of a scrap metal with the size of a foundation, scrap is about a quarter of a foundation piece. So wtf is going on with the price of a build?

I am here for the fun and to enjoy some time wasting, not here to do chores all day.

Very chill game, can get lost in it for hours building your ideal makeshift spacestation. With many planned updates, you can expect to get new things every month and keep the game interesting and new for a long time.

It has potential but I would wait a little bit, or sit on it if you bought it. Right now its very simple - and decent. Its a EA release that works, not broken, etc. However its a weee bit simple content-wise. So give it a few months, I am sure it will have more to do. Dev gives the word that he cares but we have all seen that with a lot of EA games that die so...

A lot of potential, and running on unity is really impressive. Fun loop, hope it gets expanded!

A game that has a lot of potential. I would like to see features like more permanent thrusters and space travel. Perhaps the ability/end game goal to return to Earth or maybe visit some other planet. Some sign of life other than yourself and abandoned spacecraft. Creatures or hazards of some kind. This game is in very early development and I feel it has a lot of potential and doesn't deserve most of the bad rep it's getting. I have experienced zero gameplay issues personally and the game was not too difficult or confusing for me to understand.

EDIT: I have since played the game more, I have now encountered what I assume is either a solar flare or approaching to close to Earth's atmosphere, Im no space-onomer. However, I have noticed that I struggle to understand how to deal with this other than simply avoiding an effected area. I would love to see more development related to this. I still have more things needing to be researched so maybe I have just not progressed enough. Really hope this game and it's dev goes far. It would also be nice for the achievements to be more succinct. Does my 30 sol run need to have zero deaths involved? I am also unable to achieve "dying in space" despite having died in, well, space.
