Report a translation problem
The milestone and most important feature in BLR was the weapon customization, if OOA doesn't have weapon customization, then it's just Cyberpunk so that would be the only point of reference between both.
BLR also had a Western Cyberpunk style with more heavy armors, weird looking helmets, weapons looked interesting too, so far OOA isn't showing much - it looks like it has taken heavy influence from GITS and the playable characters look like Borma from GITS with white eyes instead of red, the weapons still look like modern day weapons, so far nothing futuristic or made up like the ones in GITS:FA with its series of Seburo weapons:

But yeah, it's clearly a big inspiration you can feel it.
