Crashing

I'm on the day where you first unlock the dungeon but no matter what I've been crashing at different parts. The screen stutters then I'm given a the software isnt responding message forcing me to close. Has anybody else had this issue and are there any fixes? I've been enjoying the game so far but I literally cannot progress any further and would really rather not refund.

the game is now crashing before i can even load a save. ive tried removing my save data and reinstalling and nothing has worked.... not responding after a few seconds of launch. really frustrating, help would really be appreciated

I noticed a memory spike/ possible memory leak earlier, might be something to look into.
