Letters?

Are the letters causing your screens to freeze? My letter from one of the characters wouldn't open and I couldn't leave that screen so I had to exit out.

Been freezing for me too when opening letters from Mona.

Press windows key + R. Type in "steam://open/console"

download_depot 1669980 1669981 7590118745015040093

Then go to your steam folder > Steamapps > Content > app1669980 > depot1669981
And then copy the contents of that folder. Go to the game local files and paste the files you just copied. replace everything.

I followed the instructions but it still isn't working for me. Any additional information on how to get this to work?

The only things I can think of are: You didn't wait for the download to finish, the steam folder is in Program files or program files (x86), or you don't have enough space on your disk.
