Wait, you can finish the round without attacking? Thought it was automatically attacking... Same problem happened to me doing exploration the first time and not realizing i had to claim the items and not just skip...
From what I understood, you need a dice with a "character", an "attack" and numbered sides, that should trigger it, no? Or is there specific things needed further?
what do you mean, don't I need to choose them all on at once? Only option after selecting a dice has been to end turn
one way to attack is by clicking one character and one to two number dice, which will move your chosen dice to the upper middle of the screen and create a new button underneath with a bit of flavor text (ie "nurse's shot" or "queen's staff" or whatever). clicking on that button directly underneath the chosen dice will launch that attack on the opponent. you can use both number dice with one character or roll again for a chance of a higher attack, etc.
another way to attack is to use the move (attack/defense/heal) dice. as far as i know, these can only be used individually and on their own. if you try to attack using a character dice, a number dice, and a move dice all at once, it won't work. if you want to change a dice you've chosen, click it again to move it back to the board. you can make attacks until you're out of dice or have no more valid moves to make per turn (you can roll your dice multiple times in a turn). if these ways still don't work you might be experiencing a bug of some kind.
there might be more ways to attack using dice but in my experimentation i found that only combining characters + numbers or just using move dice has worked. btw, if you roll while you've have dice chosen, it will only roll the dice on the board, so you can save "good" rolls and try for better rolls that way.
I realised the problem. The attacks that you can do appears as a very hard to notice text, that's why I didn't even notice when they appeared. Thanks for all the help!
