Currently, most romance endings have no requirements other than reaching maximum relationship + watching all 3 events of ROs.
Here is a list of career endings that prevent you from having a romantic ending: Diligent Farmer, Nun, Upperclass Courtesan, Haunted Inn Keeper, Harlot, Concubine and Countess.

So maybe you ended up having a career that blocked romance ending?

yeah, I think I did have a career that block the romance ending, I think I end up as a farmer at the end, next time I will try harder to get another career

I also having this issue, idk what i did tho? i somehow ended up with farmer even tho i am just playing the game normally. and i maxed out whatever i wanted to marry with.

You should, in theory, have the ability to end as a commoner. At the coming of age ceremony, select "I want to try all kinds of professions" > "I don't have anything in mind". If that doesn't work, you can infinite AP glitch your way into another ending. Depending on your stats, I'd try merchant or top chef. You'll need to look at the guide, for the concrete numbers, though.
