Tomb of Rebessa

This achievement clearly doesn't work. I spent quite a while wondering who the hell Rebessa was until I married her. It's Lebsa (just another example of how the translation of the game can't get anything right, including consistency of names for characters, stats, items, etc.).
Thing is, I've also done the thing which I would presume the game qualifies as "defeat Lebsa", but I don't have the achievement.
I presume other people are encountering this?

Actually, just looking at other achievements I haven't been given it's pretty clear that a number of them don't work.
14 Science courses? Very done.
5 plays? Very done.
I can't recall others off the top of my head from a short skim, but there were a bunch.

I encountered this too, and I found out that at least in terms of the Tomb of Rebessa achievement, it somehow got swapped.

When you complete the actual in-game achievement, it unlocks The Wise One for Steam achievements. To unlock the "Tomb of Rebessa" achievement on steam, you need to complete the Turn and Retreat achievement, which is entering and immediately leaving the black street

I haven't noticed it for the other achievements but I didn't pay the most attention tbh

So isn't this a game made by a studio in an English-speaking country? I thought the Chinese translation of the game was good.

No, it's the opposite. It's a Chinese studio with an English translation. It says right on the Steam page that they are based in Beijing.
