I have created my own list of similar ones. I hope someone can increase it.

1) Princess Maker (A game of the last century. Literally.)
2) Long Live The Queen (Shorter, but also more replayable)
3) Lullaby days (A game without game designer)
4) Chiness parents (A game without a budget. Very unfriendly UI)
5) Growing Up (Setting - America of the 90s. Not cute)
6) I Was a Teenage Exocolonist (Already quite far from the rest of the list, but anyway. The color scheme of the game is not for the faint of heart.)
7) Ciel Fledge: A Daughter Raising Simulator - long game (25 hours for 1 playthrough). There is no romance.

Here I will note worth mentioning suggestions from community.

1) Lair Land Story (The game is more focused on the "father" than the "daughter". For example, It is the father who will have romantic relationships.)
2) Palais de Reine (Long otome. Focused on the kingdom-building.)
3) The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante (A curious game with interesting mechanics where everyone has several "life points", so to speak. Nobility and revolutions. Мale MC.)
4) Spirited Heart Deluxe (A game with great ambitions for variability. But judging by only 46% positive reviews, something went wrong.)

Edit: In fact, the daughter can also have romantic relationships in Lair Land Story, and I think the "father" character is more like her brother

The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante (more Growing Up and I Was a Teenage Exocolonist than Princess Maker, also almost exclusively text-based)
If you're into text-based games, The Parenting Simulator is also very good

Exocolonist is a bit closer to Tokimeki Memorial than Volcano Princess/Princess Maker.
But on that note, all the Tokimemo games can roughly be described as similar titles - they're largely only available in Japanese, though.

Cute Knight - not on steam (for coding reasons) but basically exactly like this game. Same devs as long live the queen/cute bite (Hanako games). A little more "skill" involved with getting different endings (you can't do everything and everything in a day like Volcano Princess) You can find the game on the dev's website.

Raise an apprentice to until they come of age.
There was a dungeon explore -type mini-game too.

My Child Lebensborn is very similar... also a parent simulator but you don't play as the child ever.

As someone who beat Long Live the Queen and Volcano Princess once each so far... LLtQ is stinky. Sorry, would not recommend.

Recently picked up the series thanks to Google playstore free play pass.

It's kinda like atelier series, tho I haven't played it myself. It focuses more on crafting magic/alchemy but you make your progression by doing activities to inhance your individual stats. It isn't a parent sim since you are trying to survive by yourself,
