not enough course ?

My first playthrough was frustratingly end up only 4 star ending. I was checking the ending requirement around last 15 turns and aiming to get Volcano princess ending, It should have been possible for me but near the end (3-5 turns) I found out that I needed Pts more for ART and TONE, and yet I don't have ART and TONE courses to finish. I have a lot of fame to spend yet no course for me to learn. I was trying to switch to other 5 star ending, but most need 700 pts in something and again, I don't have courses to learn. Why did this happen ? How to unlock the new course ? I have a lot of food for action points left, my stat are like 2000 str 3000 int 2000 emo 1500 art but end up not having course to learn for pts. I am not happy.

Do I have to always pay for extra course ? I tried that late but it seems did not allow me to purchase anymore. :/

yeah, you need to purchase more courses from the master class option as soon as they are available and not only that, you have to buy courses that will give points towards the subject you need score from

Adding to the above, if you're short in 1-2 course and still have the previous save you can save scum and reload until you get purple course. I was 1 tone course short by December even after grabbing every book from NPC letters from 5 star actress that I ended up needing to reload from April.

Oh and adding a few of observations:

- to stock up on coins to buy the master classes, you can do the infinite money hack (buy fertilizer on sale season and then selling, but to bypass jermaine's favor you gotta buy one by one instead of in bulk)

- you can use fame points to consult with the priest to finish the non master class courses, but note that the more clicks for each course, the more points you get for that specific lesson (also consult one lesson at a time instead of in bulk, because this way you'll also get more points and favors with the teachers, which will then unlock more classes for that specific teacher/course)

- to stock up on fame points you can do horse activity every month and attend baquets. Baquets can be attended as long as you have action points, so stock up on those using the infinite action point hack (stock up on money to buy fertilizer and then harvest wheat to cook for bread). Also, ginko manor gives more fame points (don't waste AP on the other two places)

- last thing: the infinite money hack needs you to have "sweet words" maxed out in the skill tree, just as infinite AP hack needs "land gift", "food gift" and "farmer's blessing" maxed out (also under life skill tree)

for exp 1 course till end (25% x4) or 4 different courses but just each 1 step (25%+25+25+25) or only 1 step per month or need to split between professors ?? Which path is best ?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear, it means to do finish 1 course per consult (25x4), which will give you 48pts. The highest you can get from each course consult is 60 points (meaning 5 clicks, but in this case you'd spend more fame and 60 pt is the highest you can get per course, any additional click would just be a waste)

As for the professors, it depends on which subject score you're going for, so if you need more sword and archery points, it's better to gain Natalie's favor so she'll unlock more courses for you in those subjects

Oh, and one more thing (maybe you already knew), each friend gives you 3 books whenever you reach a new friendship level (1 book per level), so you only need to level them until best friends (without the red heart for romantic ending if you're not aiming for that)
