So to get this you have to specifically get over 50 points without Papa Loves me going over 50 or your second stat over 25. Took me many tries since Loving father is bugged and triggers at 50< points. You should ignore the events that give negative stats so as to make your leeway bigger

I got Loving Father with Love 56 Wisdom 24
And I got Lame Father with a total evaluation of under 50.
