The Smoke Show mission is not available while all side missions are completed

I have completed all the main and side missions, but The Smoke Show mission is locked for me.
The righn menu shows I've finished only 6 / 8 of required side missions, but the mission list shows 11 side missions, all completed on gold.
What should I do to unlock it?

Game version: v1.0022.30265.92803
I've played multiplayer, but in single player the mission is still locked.

Side Missions are appearing by random within the list. If all of the shown ones are marked as solved, this doesn't mean that you have seen and solved all of them. Anyway, for unlocking the main missions its only the number of played side missions that count. So, if therre is no new one available right now, replaying an already played one will raise the counter too :-)
