Ascended Warlord trait not working.

I tested it on default realm setting (with only player count changed to 4 instead of default 7) and it is not working. When I fought marauder armies near my throne city with my ruler, it didn't proc even when I killed enemy units with my ruler, melee. As the description says, it should make my ruler +1 strengthened and +15 temporary hp (whenever a unit is slain) but it doesn't. I recently got the trait and thought it was OP so I wanted to see its effect but alas. It's either the text being wrong or it's bugged.

Edit: I tested it with two of my pantheon rulers who have the trait and it doesn't work on either ruler.

No mods and the Ruler has no decay debuff?

I only have two mods but I don't think they are the reason. One is for adding more banner icons and the other is for adding more colors for banner/armor/etc.

Also no decaying debuff. The rulers I tested were both level 1 and had no such ability.

Oh, i just gave my last character the warlord-trait. I hope, it get fixed, when i want to play with him next time.
