I read at first "black widow"... anyroads, can you share a DxDiag report and your globalconfig file content. You did read the pinned threads, yes?

Like many other Russian players your PC is using an outdated setup. You need to do something about the Windows version, otherwise you get other issues like with League of Legends or EA games.

Your graphics drivers need to be cleaned up. Use Display Driver Uninstaller and then install properly fresh drivers.

Delete the config file on your PC or try to tone it down.
