HARD difficulty is actually VERY HARD, no ?

NORMAL is too EASY. But in HARD i'm getting beated by the AI, the battles are hard , and when you reach the city for the siege , the enemies rally more army to break it. What is the best thing to do for wining hard games?

I guess you're requesting the addition of a VERY HARD mode since HARD is TOO HARD

Well, it's HARD. So it should be hard)
After couple of games you will beat hard and start farming very hard.

For me hard now is quite easy, but very hard is so-so. But i have a lot of experience in AoW games.

Build more and better units, cast enchantments. I am almost always first in military ranking despite AI bonuses on the hardest level.

Also don't play campaign, its hard is the hardest difficulty instead. Campaign has less difficulty levels than non-campaign map. Non-campaign maps have extra difficulty level between campaign's normal and campaign's hard, exactly as you want.

Tangential to the discussion, but I'd totally support having a new difficulty level called "TOO HARD".
