They are my secord favorite faction after reavers.
And you can easily push their rank to legendary rank with profilic swarmer + a smith's guild and governor rank bonus and produce 2 / turn.

Basically my experience with exploiting Harmony Oathsworn to its fullest build wise, playing up Peacebringer.
I jive with the ROTK and Sengoku love as well. My 2nd faction was actually Nobunyaga Oda of the Reaver faction. The base premise being GUNS + Champion (Command) + Spawnkin (more early game damage for Magelocks).
In THEORY I would use Golems as tanks as racial traits + spawnkin wholly intended to maximize ranged effectiveness however it was so hyper effective on I ended up just rushing down Yaka.
Magelocks + Command are also just ridiculously fun. Champions in general can be cool with positional high impact units. If I make an Oathsworn: RIghteous faction it will likely be with Champion for alpha strike Helmsplitters.
It's definitely fun to mess around with all these faction concepts, playing to the main strength of AoW4 in general. :)
