Can you change gouverners?

Hi everyone. Loving the game so far. I want to switch up some gouverners, but I have no idea how. A Google search also didn't help. Does anyone know if it is possible to change gouverners?

Good question!

Click on the city you want to change the govenor - click on the govener's portrait in the upper left

In addition you cannot change governor of throne city, which will always be your ruler
