How to remove Seals victory from random pool ?

Hi. I'm playing military victory only with alliances. Pretty fun for me. So ... when Seals victory pops up from random conditions it ruins the game for me. I don't want any extra win conditions. Is there a way to add random things but avoid seals ? Like I have victory conditions block in options - where I can't control all victory conditions.

If you make an unknown realm, you can go to the pencil button next to "Customize realm". Under that menu, you can disable all the Seals victory realm traits. Seals Victory is set under the realm traits (as in, there is always a Seals victory if there are seals on the map). They are under the Misc traits in the trait list.
