Edit: I was wrong.
In Age of Wonders, all dwarfs can have beards.
Tolkien himself seems changed his mind on it a couple of times. At one point he said all Dwarves, including female ones had beards. At a later point he said "all male" Dwarves had beards but didn't say anything at all about the female Dwarves. Gimli's line about how Dwarf women are so similar to males in dress and voice when they travel abroad that most non-Dwarves never recognize them as women is from the appendixes of the books.
So with the books you can make an argument for or against bearded Dwarf women. Whichever you prefer,
Isn't "some have". Is more like "the vast majority have". From D&D to Warhammer Fantasy all have bearded female dwarves.

1951, Tolkien Silmarillion. then titled "Of the Naugrim and the Edain",
Dwarf women had beards
They had them from the beginning of their lives
Dwarves did not shave, and would probably die in shame if someone else shaved them (though this part is written with a male pronoun).
Dwarf woman and Dwarf men can not be told apart
The Lord of the Rings is more vague, simply stating that dwarf woman look alike to dwarf men in voice, appearance, and garb, but without specifically mentioning beards.
