Bought Expansion Pass but DLC is not added to Inventory

Hey Paradox, what's going on here?? A few months back I purchased the expansion pass for this game, which said at the time that it would give me access to all FOUR of the expansions planned for release with the game. Only two of those four have been added to my account. Additionally, the expansion pass page has been delisted from the steam store and has been replaced with a bundle option in the base game's store page. I know I still purchased it because it's sitting there in my account, but I don't have any of the other expansions added to my library. In fact, on the steam store page, there is not even a mention of the purchaseable expansion pass page that I bought from ever since it's delist (different from the "bundle" option), meaning I can't access the support pages.

What's going on here? Where's my four expansions that I paid for? Don't tell me just because you delisted the expansion pass page you forgot about the people who paid for it?

You can check what DLC you have installed in the Steam Client. The DLC you have on your account is also listed below. If you don't see the DLC you are expecting, first double check the version of the game you bought and compare it against this list.

Oh, and by the way, I preordered the premium version of the game but did not get any of the preorder bonuses, the campaign guy Aric Rex and his outfit.

The Steam interface for this stuff is confusing. Go to the AoW4 page in the Steam Library. Click on the DLC tab. You should see everything there.

I see it, it's not added to my account. There's a bundle option on the base game store page that is purchaseable and it says "Complete your collection", so the two unreleased expansions are clearly obtainable. Neither of them have been added to my account, though.

Additionally I am still missing the preorder bonuses from purchasing the premium edition.

Expansion pass gives access to 4 DLCs when they will release. So far only 2 are released. It's in the description of the expansion, so that's on you.

Preorder bonus is a cosmetic, so check it out in the game when you create the leader of your faction

Wrong. Preorder bonus includes an extra character start using the special cosmetics. Neither the character start nor the cosmetics are there. Don't spread misinformation.

If I'm not mistaken, the only stuff you get for the bonus besides the DLC are:
-An additional default faction (Aeric Rex)
-2 outfit + cape sets (one is lion-themed fullplate, the other is edgy robe-like armor)

Beyond that there's a helmet you can get, but you have to sign up for the newsletter to get that.
