Ashen War victory condition?

So I managed to ally with three, vassalize one and defeating two. Everything was checkmarked in the pantheon quest, yet I was not victorious as it said I would be. It seems I also needed one of the other main victory conditions like military, expansion, magic or score. In my game, it was the Dragon who got the highest score who won.

So what am I missing here? Did something bug out?

For some reason its not really a wincondition, even if it says so. A dev in discord mentioned once, you still need to defeat all other leaders.

Ok, we just did it in mp. For some reason only the host won (despite the other 2 players doing all the kills). Not sure how that presence realm is supposed to work.

So it did turn out this was bugged after all. This time out, I allied with 3 dragons and defeated 3... did *not* vassalize Vox Sebas, and I actually won after beating the last remaining unallied dragon. So if you want to win this scenario with the pantheon quest, do *not* vassalize any Dragon lord even if seems like the good, non-violent thing to do.

Good to know. Will keep that in mind for when i play solo.
