Working as intended. Whether the intent was good or not.
If this is not a bug, then it's not very good design. Would be great if those settings can be saved along with the custom realms we create.
I would make a note in the suggestion tab on the official forums.
The ongoing advanced game setup also "forgets" the selected player factions if you click on anything, like editing / creating / deleting a faction or checking the 3rd page.
The reason why you have to triple-check everything is because... you know it doesn't save your settings. And you don't want to play for an hour to figure out that you forgot to turn off magic victory, or accidentally have the default start distance on.
These fanboy comments are just unbelievable. For you guys, apparently everything is working as intended, now Triumph can go AFK until the DLC release?
No this can't be working as intended, because AOW3 has 100x more settings in the game setup, and it does save these every time you click on anything there.
You might be surprised.
