What do I need to do to recruit a bone dragon?

I thought that wonder site would let me recruit one. So I paid the extra to speed up the next rally of lieges and waited until the next rally started but I don't see it in my list of recruitables.

I have access to and have been using the Wizard's Bombardment siege project, so I'm pretty confident I claimed the site correctly.

What you see is your "current" available units in the current cycle.
It should become available in the next cycle(it did for me).

The same thing happens when you vassalize cities or get other forms of units for Rally of the Lieges. They become available in the next cycle, not the current one.

@OP, pls try it and let us know if it works for you. I wanna know is it due to an outpost claiming issue or is it due to refresh in the new cycle?

In one of my games I had the tower for a while, and had already gotten 2 bone dragons from the rally, but in one rally they did not show up. I guess there is some rare bug where not all the units appear in the list, but I have not had it happen again and have no clue what could have caused it. I assume it may happen with larger rally pools. I see you have 45 rally points, I think I had around 47 at the time when it happened.
In the next rally they were back again.
So wait for the next one again, and they might appear.

Op did say they paid and waited for the next rally to start already after they got the wonder.

Both my dragon and fire giant are available in the next rally.

However, the fire giant was available in the rally before the one in my screenshots there but isn't available in that one. Definitely something buggy here.
