Industrial is such a great dwarf culture look too, I have about 4 different dwarf factions using it. Switched my Duergar to it from dark after they kept turning into bald undead things when playing against them.
Feudal seems to fit them well enough too and barbarian. I have a mystic dwarf faction too, works well for darker skinned dwarves.
OR you can absorb other nations and hire both dwarves and other folks. Same with heroes. And all tomes (research) units also will be dwarves (with some obivous exceptions like animals and monsters/constructs).
And you can very fine-tune your dwarves - racial perks, affinities, culture (barbarian, industrial, mystic e.t.c.).
The only vaguely oriental culture would be Mystic which is very Persian/Arabian in theme.
